[PAID] Looking for professional Builders

Hello, I'm pretty new when it comes to this forum, but let's get to the point.

I am currently in dire need of professional builders for my theme park server, InterBuilds.
This is why I was looking for a forum like this and am offering positions for paid Builders with a salary on a hourly time spent/work delivered ratio (I'm offering about 2-3 euros per hour if the outcome is good, although salaries are negotiable).

We (= the current Staffteam and I) have a decent range of projects we are working on and need help with. Our projects currently consist of recreating real-world (mostly European) theme parks in Minecraft.

Most people don't build per hour, it's normally a full payment per project. Even if you did, 2-3 euros an hour is way to low.

Not to mention that hourly wages easily ends in people stretching hours worked just to get paid more.
