OrbitNode is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales and support team. As a member of our team, you will play as the front lines and safeguard for clients by assuring them assistance when necessary.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of game hosting, linux running systems and a passion for helping customers. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Providing technical support to customers
• Upselling hosting products and services to existing customers
• Generating leads and closing sales
• Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service or sales role
• Strong understanding of web hosting and related technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with Zendesk, WHMCS and Pterodactyl

The pay for this position is negotiable and will be based on experience.
