Hi,

My server (Community Survival - mc.community-survival.com) has recently relaunched, we offer a perfectly curated semi-vanilla survival experience supported by the following features.
-A lag free experience
-Player rankups for playtime/voting
-Weekly events

I am looking for a manager to help me run the server. Some requirements for the manager:
-16+
-Based in the UK or Europe (not compulsory)
-Prior server Experience

Expectations:
-Being able to manage a staff team by regularly upgrading the staff on boarding documents which I’ve already put in place, in addition to recruit more staff.
-Able to perform server administrative tasks such as fixing bugs and setting up new features on the server for example by responding to community suggestions.
-Able to perform administrative tasks and updates on the discord server.
-Manage player queries and issues.


This position is paid. The manager will receive 30% of all the server profits. This is not negotiable so please do not contact me if you are asking for more.
