PAID$$ Managers and Sales Reps

Hello, I am here on behalf of the Innovation Builds team. We are currently looking for managers to not only manage the team, but to grow the team. Currently managers are paid 5% of commissions, and 10% of marketplace earnings. HOWEVER, this may change. Looking at small percentages may seem like the pay is small, but marketplace earnings can easily reach 100-1000$ per project. I am also currently looking for Sales Representatives to find more clients. We currently have 24 builders on the team, and could use some more clients even with our high demand. Sales Representatives are paid 7% of commission earning for each commission found.
