YouTube Media Manager

Hello, I have a small YouTube Channel with 1,037 Subscribers. I've recently returned from a break period in the channel. I am looking for a YouTube Media Manager to help me with my channel growth and perform tasks related.

The channel is Factions and Hardcore Factions geared, but I will stray into other game mode from time to time. I'm looking for someone familiar with HCF and Factions. Connections within the community would be a +1. The applicant should be a self-starter and can complete tasks independently. After settling into the role, I should follow your lead more than vis versa.

I've never hired for a position like this so it is a little daunting to create a comprehensive list of tasks needed so here are a few examples.
Finding artists to complete thumbnails, channel art, intros, etc.
Providing descriptions of the art needed to freelance artists.
Preview all my edited content before publishing to find any editing or content errors.
Seeking out partnerships and how to reach them (reaching required statistics).
Finding sites, related discord servers, etc where I can advertise videos.
Creating a summarized video description for me.
Recommending content ideas

Payment will be discussed via Discord to find a proper base pay.
