I need some people to decorate the property markers with a run-down city look. some of the squares when rendered are much larger then I intended so they can be split into separate properties. this island has shops, houses, apartments, parking lots. it's for a special survival map I am making. and we need an apocalyptic, run down. gone to SHET type look. nothing super fancy. nothing insanely difficulty and you can copy some of the house models you make. which will save time. I am willing to PAY people to do this job. a small-time build team. price is based on quality. I will help build along with you so you won't be entirely alone. this shouldn't take more then a week if done promptly. and 2 weeks at most. I would build it myself but its a bit much.
