I write Kotlin (or Java) Paper plugins, usually 1.16 to 26.1, and I can also expand upon or contribute to existing projects.
I have a lot of experience with Kotlin and the Java ecosystem and the Paper API. I've also run a server of my own for years, so I understand the problems that server admins usually face and how to solve them with code.
Pricing is very dependent on complexity and negotiable on each project, but I start at $30 for small to medium projects, and increase to $50-75 for large projects. I'll take a few days to a week to complete a project.
