[PAID] Need A Developer For Some Plugins

Hey,
So i need a reputable member on here who is experienced in java and has vouches to back him up that he is a good developer.I need the developer to make me a few plugins.
1. Player death head drops (When you kill someone their head will drop and you can sell it for 10% of their total balance).There has to be a config with configurable messages. Perms and commands will be discussed via skype.
2. A plugin that displays the world border and makes it look physical. Like this Screenshot .
3.Edit a /list plugin. When you do /list it loads up very slowly when theres a good amount of players on the server. Thats the only fix i need for this and i do have the source.

All of these already exist, I forget the name of the world border one but a simple google search can probably find you these. A 2 second google search can save money.

That's built into bukkit fool. These are all the commands you can do. Like literally go type that on your server and it will work. That is, if it's 1.8+...

worldborder add <distance> [time] (increases the world border diameter)
worldborder center <x> <z> (recenters the world boundary)
worldborder damage amount <damagePerBlock> (specifies the world border damage rate)
worldborder damage buffer <distance> (specifies the world border damage buffer distance)
worldborder get (returns the world border diameter)
worldborder set <distance> [time] (sets the world border diameter)
worldborder warning distance <distance> (specifies the world border warning distance)
worldborder warning time <time> (specifies the world border warning time)

Head plugin: Head Sell Works Requires Vault economy plugin and a head droping plugin
or Head Manager

WorldBorder is by default in vanilla 1.8 otherwise I don't believe theres a plugin to look exactly like that one in the pic you gave.

#3. probs a custom plugin, though Idk why you want it to load slowly. Zomix can help you with that.

What version is your server running? I can make the first. If you run 1.8+ I can also make the second. I don't like bothering with sources so I won't do the third.
