[PAID] Need a worldguard extra flag plugin

Basically, I need someone to make me a plugin that adds a new flag to the worldguard regions, namely a flag with which I can set certain blocks that you can break in that region and certain blocks that you can't break , flags like:

allowed-break-blocks
allowed-place-blocks

I need this plugin for a boxpvp server, to be able to make the regions in such a way that even if build is on deny or block-break/block-place is still on deny, the blocks in that flag overlap and you can make or break
