Hello! My name is 'JSoffer' and I am 20 years old. I am a sophomore at college working on my way towards earning my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. I am involved in Student Government and thus have an active role in various campus decisions.

What I am Looking For:
My college has decided to undergo a redesign for their website but is also looking for another "format" of displaying important information (either digital or analog) - to make it more accessible and efficient to find/use. In particular, this would provide answers to common questions students have regarding the different campus services that the various departments and offices provide.

I am in need of what "format" would be most practical and how it could be created/used (Do NOT need the actual idea made by anyone).

Suggestions I have already gotten include:
an online form (not as user-friendly/easy to use as the website), a voice recognizer where people could say their questions and the machine would search through the website and respond with the answer (too complex to design), and a long email with answers to every possible question thinkable (people do not read long emails and it would be challenging to know all questions to include).

Thus, I am looking for ideas. Willing to pay the person who comes up with the best, most practical solution.

Please respond to this message and I will contact you if you have won or if I have questions about your idea.

It will be better to have an online form since the voice recognizer could say the wrong answer to the question your looking for and the long email may not include the question the person is looking for so your best bet will be to go with the Online Form
