About Us:
Unlike your average server, Maximized prides itself in being non-pay2win, meaning skill and dedication will lead you to victory, not how much you donate. We offer global donation options such as global boosters, and crate keys (with each purchase, everyone on the server gets one). We have been operating as a Minecraft Server since the beginning of 2015, however we want to revamp our server into something better then anything on the market.
Roles we are hiring:
We are currently hiring the following roles:
Helper (Not Paid):
A helper's job is to interact with the community and maintain chat. They are able to deal with mute reports on our forums, as well as muting players in game.
Moderator (Not Paid):
A moderator's job is to both interact with the community, maintain chat, and regulate and enforce our server rules. They have access to moderating both our forums, our discord, and have banning privileges in game. Moderators must have a form of screen recording so they can gather sufficient evidence on malicious hacks & malicious users. Helpers are promoted to moderator at one month maximum, or sooner depending on how active and accurate you are as a helper.
Senior Moderator (Not Paid):
A senior moderator's job is to help train and regulate mods and helpers so they are aware with our rules, as well as get accurate punishments. Senior mods are also given the task of helping the staff manager with applications, and are expected to test our new features, and are expected to almost never make inaccurate punishments. Moderators are only promoted to Senior Mod if they show incredible talent, activeness, and accuracy. Please only apply for Senior Moderator if you have some background in staffing (Around 20 playerbase or higher with proof)
Administrator (Paid Depending on work done):
Contrary to other servers, we believe an administrator should be one of the higher roles in the community. You may think of this as a management position. Each admin is given a specific role in the community to fulfill, and depending on that job, is the pay. We have three main job opportunities for our administration. We have our staff management, whose job is to hire, fire, and maintain our staff team. We have our community management, whose job is to find bugs, report bugs, and manage the features we implement into our gamemode so it is not too OP or vice versa. Our last section of administration is our system administration. Our system admins are in charge of developing plugins, configuring plugins, forum management, backend management, and database management. Senior Mods can be promoted to admin, however they are often promoted to the staff management section of administration. We pay our plugin developers on a per-plugin basis, and the rest of our administration on a per-work basis. Staff management won't be paid much as it's not that hard to do, and will be promoted from within, however if it is needed, we are willing to be paid.
