[PAID Position] General Manager for Pickaxed Economy Server

Good evening,

The Pickaxed Network is currently looking for an experienced manager to take on a position as general manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The manager will have full responsibility for the recruitment, training and management of helpers and moderators. They should be able to work fully independently, apart from creation and alteration of staff related plugins.
  • The manager must have a vague understanding of configuration and plugins (although admins will be alongside for support), particularly those relating to their duties.
  • The manager will have little dealings with administration team, apart from where admins are interested in taking on additional voluntary moderation duties.
• The manager will share responsibility for the Discord server with myself. Moderation of players will be the full responsibility of the manager.
• There is no expectation at this time for the manager to have any involvement with the forums.
• Highlighting suggestions which are increasingly popular, proposing development changes and community management generally.
• The general manager will give financial advice but is not responsible for the servers finances.
• The general manager may give input regarding marketing and assist with rolling out advertisement plans but will not be responsible for them.
• Documentation and writing will often be responsibilities the manager is responsible for (though can delegate to recruits).

PAYMENT
Payment will be discussed with promising candidates. Candidates will be expected to provide a quotation for the responsibilities outlined above per month. Please note that due to the long-term release plan, compensation per month will be appropriately lower. Compensation per hour of actual work should be higher than/equal to most Minecraft projects.
