Hello yet again MC-Market!
About Myself:
I may not be English, 18 or a gramma god but i know how to build!
I wanted to create a nice community focused on building instead of joining one.
In my free time i like to build so trust me, i know what i am doing.
I started CreativeBuildz a month ago or so with another name called
"Fiellau Build Team". Many hated the name so i changed it to a more obvious
name which is "CreativeBuildz" as i love to build and let my creativity flow.
Now in this month i have achieved some customers and made some builds
but one thing i haven't is getting members so now im making a thread about it.
I think you've guessed it by the title but for who haven't i am going to talk about
Payments
All payments is through paypal.
The company gets up to 20% from the orders we get.
The money the company gets is spent on website and more.
If there's anything left it'll be giving to the Manager.
Builders is only getting paid when we sell something.
Personal Projects
It is allowed to create personal projects.
When you create a personal project the company will sell it for you.
You'll get at least 80% of the money from your project.
You can get help from the team, if there's something you're in trouble.
Ranks
We do have ranks on our team, higher rank=higher payments.
People who do a great job will be promoted.
In the start where we're a few members it'll be easier to rankup.
Ranks:
Trial Builder:
This rank is what you'll get when you join. You will only have acess
to /gm 1 as this is to make sure no1 scams on the team.
You'll rankup after 1-2 Weeks
Builder:
Builder is the rank you'll get when you've done 1-2 weeks great job.
This rank comes with all W.E and VS permissions.
If a Builder does a good job he'll get up to 70%!
Terraformer/Landscaper:
Are you good at Landscaping/Terraforming you'll get this rank!
Comes with all W.E and VS permissions.
If you do a great job with this rank you'll get up to 70%.
Royal:
The most royal rank you can get!
This is to the builders who've stayed for a year!
Such skills will sometimes reach 80%!
Manager:
This is the rank for the people who are'nt the best builder,
but knows how to get customers! Also the Manager is working
on the website. The Manager get's paid randomly when we
have any money left.
Owner:
This is only for those who donates to keep up the team.
He does need to have some building skills and been on the
team for over 1 year.

Here's the updates i've made with your "constructive critism".
Deleted some ranks.
I saw that i had way too many ranks for a build team and deleted
some of them which aren't usefull.
Deleted the backstory.
As i got alot of hate because i wrote such long backstory
about this thread i decided to delete it.
Introduced myself better.
So you learned who i am.
Removed all personal things.
As it is very "unprofessional" to write smileys and color
ranks, weird enough - i removed it too.
