{Paid Positions} Energise Build Team {Recruitment Post}

Hello fellow builders!
My name is Norbert and I am currently making a build team and I am in need of builders.
So, you're probably thinking why on earth would I build for this guy that I don't know? Well, I'll tell you why you should build for me;

• Experience:

I've previously run one build team which was very successful and we've had many orders from very popular servers including; ParaPvP, HydraPvP.

• Advertising techniques:

I've previously worked at server hosting's as a sales man meaning that I had to get their products sold. With this experience I am sure that I'll get us many comissions. I've also got many server owners on my Skype who would most likely order from me as they've ordered from my previous build team which I shut down due to the fact of school being in the way.

Pay:
You will be paid after every comission once the client is 100% satisified. I will personally only take 5-10% from the comission however, if the comission was very hard I will not take anything as you truly will deserve the full pay.

Requirements:

• Have to have Skype
• Have to have PayPal
  
• Have to be available for at least 2-3 hours
• You have to enjoy building

When building together:
When we recieve a large order where it requires more than one builder to build I will assign two/more builders on the comission depending on how large it is. The builder who puts more effort in will get paid more as that's how it will be fair. Both you and your fellow colleague will decide who will be doing what.

• Availability to build: I'm home a lot. So, I'd say 3-6 hrs a day, give or take.
