Recently we opened a server called MinePixels, a space themed faction server. We rented a TOPG slot and have been doing well. We need to recruit some staff to keep the server running well. You can eventually work up to a rank to were you get paid but it will not come straight away. The server average 15-20 and we have been open for about 2 weeks.

Experience: I have been Staff on multiple servers with a 20-30 playerbase (I know its not that much but I never really tried to apply for staff on a bigger network) .I worked my way up from helper to admin on a server but 2 months after I got admin the server closed. Since I have been staff on a lot of servers I know how to please players and the community. I know 99% of the commands a helper should know so thats something you won't have to worry about .

What You Can Offer: I can offer 100% dedication and a lot of help to anybody. I will stay calm and professional in any circumstances And I will do everything to help the players with questions, reports, buggs etc.. As I told you I have a lot of experience so I can also help new staffmembers if thats needed.

Time You Can Dedicate A Day: I can dedicate 3-4 hours a day, in weekends I can spend much more.. like 5-7 hours a day.

Experience: I currently am a executive on a server. Named Argolia. (we are working on a revive and currently is off to the general public). Also I have been working at a Rodeway Inn hotel for 2 years as a front desk manager.
What You Can Offer: I would offer the same thing I do for the one I currently work for . I would like to help manage fellow staff and help with any communication problems. Also work as like a friendly police figure in the server.
Time You Can Dedicate A Day: around 8 hrs a day (my job allows me to play minecraft on my down time . And there is a lot of it !

1. Brawl: A decent size hub server ranging from 500-700 people. At the time of my moderation, the server was getting around 1000 players a day. Since then, the community has died a bit and now gets 500-700 players. I resigned a few months a go due to irl problems. Those problems have since been resolved and I am now back in business.\
2. ReactiveMC: I worked on a small server on RMC's network called PracticeZ. It was a GunPvP server that got around 100 players in its prime. I was demoted after around 6 months of working there. A few months after my demotion, the server closed due to lack of players.

What You Can Offer:

I can offer someone that's always willing to help players, no matter the situation. I'm friendly, hard working, and quite experienced. Although I am applying for Helper, I do have experience in building, as I was on the build team at Brawl. So if it comes down to it, and none of your builders are able to do what needs to be done. I can do it and make it look semi-professional.

Time You Can Dedicate A Day:

Around 3-6 hours a day. Unless I am away from my computer, you can expect at least 3 hours out of me. If I am going away, i'm sure to alert you of when I am leaving and when I'll be back.

Position: Helper

Experience: I have been staff on many different servers before in the past. And I know a lot of commands that come with a lot of the ranks. Most of the servers I used to work for shut down unforutionality and basically were all in the 20-60 player base range. I worked for this server called MCRealms and I started off as a Helper and was able to work my way up to Admin and after that the server had merged and I have retired cause I did not like the server we had merged with. I am okay with the fact that I have to work my way up with the ranks cause I like a challenge and I like being able to try and work for something.

What You Can Offer: I am a friendly person and I like helping players out and I know a lot about servers and what players like in the Minecraft community. I am a fair person and believe in second chances depending on the situation. I also do not give special treatment even if you are my friend. I am creative so I can come up with ideas to add to the server. I love to work and working and seeing the final product.

Time You Can Dedicate A Day: I can be on around 2-6 hours a day maybe more depending on how busy I am that day. By the way this was not a question but my time zone is Eastern Standard Time.

Experienced - I Have a lot of experience as a moderator as I was staff 3 times on a server called Reborncraft which used to get around 1000 players on the weekends and around 500 to 600 players during the week days. I was staff 3 times on the server and I was only demoted once for a false ban which I deserved to get demoted but I was given my rank back due to the players supporting and making a poll on forms asking for me back as a staff member. But anyways some of the things I have experience with is dealing with toxic players and you’r occasionally hacker that comes here and their but I am very good with dealing with toxic players as I was staff on a factions server for about 5 to 6 months so I know how to deal with them. I am also good at finding hackers as I was staff for a long time so I have experience with hackers and players lying and ect… The reason why I am not staff on reborn craft is that the owner suicided so other people toke over the server and when they did that they decided to do somethings that I did not agree with so I decided to leave the staff team on their and ever since I left the server has been sold 2 times I think.



What can you offer? What I can offer is a lot of experience and a lot detection to the server as I always try to give my 100% to anything I do so you can definitely expect from me to be active and helping players with any questions they have or if they found any bugs glitches or anything.





Time you can dedicate in a day? I can deticate at least 4 to 5 hours a day if its not during a school day I can deticate about 7 hours.

Experience: When it comes to helping out or even managing servers, I have a lot of experience. I was the Founder and Owner of mznetwork.enjin.com, a 60+ playerbase server that closed last year. I am an Admin and Web-Manager at BT-Craft. I was also on the Idea Panel for Ares Network, a server that closed 1.5 years ago. It had a playerbase of ~500 people.
What You Can Offer: There are many things I can offer when it comes to working for your server. If the site is Enjin-based, I can give it a custom set-up for no charge at all. I can help out players who need it and make weekly update posts. On the Forums, I can post guides, grade applications, and even moderate threads. These are a few of the things I can do for MinePixels.
Time You Can Dedicate A Day: On Sunday, I can spend up to 4 hours on your server, and another 2 on the Forums. Weekdays, I can spend 2 on the server and 2 on the Forums. Saturday, I can spend the majority of the night on both your server and the site.
