Paid Que plugin like MineHQ

I am requesting a paid que plugin similar to MineHQ. We will be able to make a good deal price on this. I have included what the plugin should include below.

- Donator priority
- Signs to click
- Another sign to show how many are in each que
- Delay join
- Scoreboard (Possible)
- Bungee support.
