[PAID] [QUICK] Survival Build Required

I need some simple buildings to be made as part of a survival spawn. It shouldn't take longer than an hour for one person, as it really is as simple as the following:

• Spawn Building (Room for rules and a room for NPCs)
• General Store Building (Two floors, decent size)
• Armour shop
• Weapon shop
• A few random houses for decoration
• Simple road connecting them

None of this has to be fancy. I just really suck at building. You can build on my server, have access to WE, and I'll pay on completion. Fair price for this in my opinion is $10, since I'm not asking for anything fancy.
