Describe yourself: My name is Paul and I'm a freshmen in highschool. I have 3 brothers and enjoy playing sports and videogames! I play sports like baseball, basketball, bowling, crew, track and more. I still fit time to fill my love of sports and videogames while maintaining high grades.
Server experience (List min of 3 with brief description, your role and servers player base):
Hyversal: Hyversal is media owner by Kenzo and has around 100 on daily. I had the ingame role as Senior Mod but was basically a Jr. Manager and was next in line for manager as I was liked by the upper administration. In just less than a week as T-Mod I was promoted to Mod and in another 2 weeks to Sr. Mod! At around 1 1/2 months I lost interest and resigned. As Sr. Mod I had all perms to ban ipban mute, check ips, rollback and more! I was basically a manager as Staff Managers discussed promotions, demotions and more with me!
Velocity-Mc: Velocity was a large network with a variety of games. I was a Mod on there and was like a Admin as it was an incredibly hard role to obtain. Staff looked up to me and I was easily the top screensharer there and was in charge of training the incoming helpers. The server averaged 300 on in its prime when I was staff and I was a huge part of the community, with ban perms, mute perms, and even had special permission to blacklist.
Minejunkie: Minejunkie is an incredibly popular prison server and even though I never got helper rank, I applied after a month of playing there and was accepted in another month, but I declined the role as I was bored of prison as it gets repetitive by the time I got Helper.
Do you currently work or are partnered or staffed on an mc server?: Currently I am unemployed and looking for work!
What pay are you expecting?
I'm not looking for anything particular, I'd work with whatever you're able to pay, really depends on the playerbase and how big the server Is as its harder to keep a larger playerbase happy.
What I can provide as manager?: As a manager I offer front end work from updating the community and keeping the happy to training staff members in screenshares and how to maturely handle situtations. I can provide you with an excellent experience making it less stressful on the owner. I will handle staff meetings, apps, staff management and overall performance reviews. I love to communicate with the community and have strong social skills for this role. Overall I feel like a great candidate and I am incredibly interested in the role.
