I think it would be a good idea if authors of paid resources were able to white-list specified users for bypassing payment on one of their own "paid resources".

Thats lit, Its not in any recognizable spot. Since the time Ive been on this website, I never knew that existed. I think it should be in a more obvious / well placed spot which explains a little more on the topic.

Its in the nav-bar named "seller dashboard"

It really isnt , hence what Ive already stated. Not arguing was a simple suggestion in which Justis clarified, Did not need you to mini-mod something already discussed lol.

He didn't state where it was just gave you a link to it which sure helps but you also said you weren't sure it even existed so I showed clearly where it was under the resources page. Its easily accessible and it makes sense that it sits there- I wasn't trying to argue either I was just saying it really doesn't need to be moved since it makes perfect sense why its there.

Not really, hence me stating "since the time Ive been on here" which is over 2 years, and am an active developer on site. I am just now learning about it, Could be in a more obvious spot with more detail regarding as to why its here. No need to reply further. Thanks anyways!
