(Paid) Searching For An Experienced Client Developer

I'm in search of one experienced, reputable, and professional developer.
I am working on a brand new client, and i need a good developer to help me out.


Requirements:
- At least 13/14 years of age.
- Must speak english.
- Creative, imaginative, focus on what he does.
- Good reputation.
- Experience with coding.

Payment Issue:
We will pay every two weeks. Obviously depends on how you work and with what you work, there are ranks that get more and there are people that get more but don't worry you will get paid.

So much wrong here... Along with wrong section, what even are you asking for.

Also:

- At least 13/14 years of age.

This always turns me off for any project... First because it's a telltale sign you're probably that age or younger, second because you think age has something to do with work quality. Age doesn't define skill, and if someone comes along with great experience and you pass them up because they don't meet your "age requirement", it's a huge loss for you.
