- Must be willing to sign NDA
- Must be willing to merge into existing staff system & procedures
- Must be generally active on Discord & reachable on Telegram
- Must be willing to prioritize dealing with player tickets in Discord
- Must be willing to reach weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly goals
- (Preferably) NA time zone
- (Preferably) 2+ years of relevant staff management experience
