If you'd like, I can use your application format. I just figured my format had a little bit more detail than your current format, no offense of course. I'm only assuming you want the most detail in applications. Anyways, here she is.

Portfolio(must have atleast 2 good builds):
Specialty: I love building in a sort of medieval style, I love organics and making old things, like something you would find in an old Scotland or Ireland town. Its quite hard to explain, but my portfolio may show that a little bit.

Years playing Minecraft: 5.4 Years.
Scale of 1-10 knowledge of World Edit/Voxel: I have almost every command of world edit memorized, and I am great at Voxel, Its my main source of Organics and land making techniques. I also know how to use World Painter, so that is an additional add-on to the organics and landscaping side of Building for your team.
Years Building: 4.6 Years.
Previous Build Teams: OutsideTheBlox, Creative Cubed, Team Catalyst and a few minor teams that probably no longer exist.
