Paid Staff Manager Position

I am the owner of an upcoming faction server that has estimated 200 players to join on the release. This is due to the amount of money my team is putting into advertising. We are currently looking for a Staff Manager who meets our criteria and is willing to join this server. This position is obviously paid and depending on your skill set we are paying $30-$50 per month with a high possibility of this to be raised depending on how you perform and how the server performs.

The server is a competitive 1.7 factions server with features like fupgrades. There is going to be a money prize and each map is going to last 1month. I am thinking about adding a custom plugin that allows players to buy cannons and have them genned in as well to encourage more raiding from people who don't necessarily know how to raid or have cannoners.
