I am getting back into minecraft and am building a Towny server, geared towards a 16+ audience, with a focus on being a more technical experience (economy, building, etc.) and a strong community aspect.

Every towny server now is just overload when you spawn in with holograms, guis, particles, and everything else. I'm aiming to make a nostalgic, clean, simple experience - yet offering lots of custom features and things to make it unique. I'm also open to expanding beyond towny and having a similar feel to other gamemodes.

I have a sizable budget for this project. Mainly - I'm looking for someone to help with marketing and advertising. I've been building out all of the configs, custom plugins, etc. Someone who can make videos, manage social media, get/retain players, etc. would be a great asset. I have a large budget to do some major giveaways after launch - including a gaming PC and other swag.

I'm looking for loyalty here. If you are working with 7 other servers and will lose interest after 3 minutes and the first time you get paid - then please don't waste my time or yours. No service teams.
