[PAID] TPS Drop When Teleporting

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue when people teleport, the TPS drops from a perfect 20 to, typically, a 19.4ish but sometimes it dips below 18.0. I cannot have lag like this on my server. I use EssentialsX for that plugin, but I think another plugin may be interfering with it. I also use a custom fork of PaperSpigot for Factions and cannons, but none of the "chunk loading" processes are altered from what I was told. I have a feeling it is just another plugin, and timings reports have seemed to be unsuccessful in helping me.

I am willing to pay a small cost to whoever can help me with my problem!
