PAID Video Editor for 1 Video

For my School project I need to create a scene from Romeo and Juliet, record it than submit it.

I have recorded clips of this play and Im looking for someone to put it all together and give me one video file.

I am looking for the following,

-Able to roughly add on a picture to my friends face so it covers it (no need to blend it just cut and plop on)
-Able to finish it TODAY
- Able to find and add music in scenes and parts (make it make sense, not random sounds)
-Able to edit it to the way I like after if I request edits (1-3 edits, not major)
- Able to make smooth transitions, able to edit the lightning and able to edit sound (loudness)

I will pay depending on the quality of work. We will discuss the amount you want in PMS,
