The domain is paintblock.info and is registered at crazydomains. It's great for paintball servers.

I don't know why'd you post something that's completely useless.


Anyway, back on topic and answering your question.
There is and it's actually quite popular. Just many seem to not like paintball due to the absense of paintball plugins.
