Yes we are going to invest in advertising. Estimated player base I think between 20-30 for release later maybe more (I really hope it), post release not sure

Yes I have massive experience on sunraids this is a server that has 100/100 players always and I had the experience to be admin here, next I have owned my own server called cookie PvP and that has given me a lot of knowledge.

I am applying for the position of moderator as I believe there is still a position available.

I am currently 15 years old as of January 23rd. Although you may think that it young I have had a lot of experience with Minecraft as a whole. I have been playing this game for around 5-6 years and I know it very well. I am also relatively experienced with being staff. At this time I haven't been apart of a staff team for a while and i'm hoping to get back into it.

Where are you from?
I am from the UK specifically in Hertfordshire south of London. I have lived here for the majority of my life but was born in London.

What languages can you speak?
Sadly, I only speak English. My French and German are quite poor as I didn't take it as a GCSE I've never used it since.

Tell me something about yourself:
I am 15 as you already know, I play this game everyday and at the moment trying to find a server to stick with and play a lot. I like grinding towards a certain goal whether that be 1 million balance in faction or in this case trying to make the servers community a better place. I like a few different sports such as Football, Badminton and a few others. I do decently well in school achieving very high grades in Maths, Business, ICT and in a couple others. I may sound a bit sad but I play this game a lot. In the middle of the week I get home from school and go on Minecraft or something on my computer. I do my homework at school therefore getting more time at home to play. On weekends I wake up at 7 am and play all day until 12 pm (including sporting activities for a few hours throughout the day). I'd like to think i'm a nice person and I have many great friends in and out of school.

Why do want to be staff on this server?:
At the moment I am not playing any particular server and today I was looking around to find one today and I see this server with all these amazing features such as: Custom Enchants, Bosses, Envoys, Admin Events and so much more! And obviously with a great server like this comes with good, nice, respectful players and a minority of bad, vulgar, disrespectful players. These players ruin the experience for the good ones. I know this as I have been the victim to these bad players a few times in my time on Minecraft and there was no staff on these servers to stop these people. I would like to help the players on your server have the best possible experience they could get as I once wanted.

I can't do plugins or anything of that sort. I have no experience in that area. On the other hand as a Moderator/Chat Moderator I have had the fair share of experience in my lifetime on this game. I have been able to control most situations that I've been in respectfully and fairly. I have been called a very nice and polite staff member in the past. But I have no experience with Plugins...

How much time can you put in?
As I have said before I play Minecraft every day most hours. To be more precise:

I am 15 as you already know, I play this game almost everyday. I do pretty good in school achieving B+ grades in most of my classes. I do all my homework at school so I have lots of time to play. I think in my opinion I am a very active person when it comes to being staff. I think i'm a nice person and I have many friends IRL and online.
Why do want to be staff on this server?:
I feel like I would be a good fit as a staff on the server and as a part of the staff team. I can also bring kindness, and being respect to every staff member and player on the server. I'm always nice to people because I feel that they will treat me with the same amount of kindness. I've grown to not let the toxicness of the community get to me. I am always active and responsible. I will make sure that everyone is following the rules so no one gets offended in anyway. I am really good at spotting hackers and finding suspicious people. I think of being staff as an job so that if I am not doing my job I would get fired and I would not want to get demoted. So I believe if I work as hard as possible I would not get fired or demoted. I will do an amazing job as a staff member. I am a trustworthy person.
Do you have any past experience?
DragonHCF: This was the first Server that I started in and the first HCF server that I got staff on. This server gave me my first experience as a staff member. On this server I learned multiple commands to help players out and I also learned certain rules that I should follow of course the rules will vary due to the difference in the player base.

FrostHCF: This was my second server that I have got staff on. This server was one of the more popular servers at the time. I got staff when the server started to die down, but I did not resign because of the server dieing down because of the amount of dedication that I have. Frost was one of my more favorite HCF servers at the time. My time on frost I learned even more staff commands to add on to my experience as a staff member.

DualMc: This was my last server that I had gotten staff. I started out as a Trail-Mod for a couple of a week or two, I really enjoyed being staff on there. But then the staff members were starting drama with people. Yes I resigned because of the server was dying I know this doesn’t show dedication but the staff team was also becoming really toxic and I did not want to be part of a toxic staff team.
I know all the server are HCF servers but that have taught be good things when being part of a staff team like screensharing.
Any experience with plugins?
I have coded some of my own plugins very messy codes but they did work. I have had my own server before which had a smaller player base around 15-45 players a day. I am good with learning commands of plugins and other things etc.
