Hello,
I am the Owner of PalmNetwork - a new server founded in early 2018. We currently don't have an up and running server until early april (this following week), however we are accepting all staff positions before then. Our server will consist of one gamemode (Factions) before expanding to include multiple if we get a big enough audience. So what is different about our server?

Our server is solely based on Commitment, Community and Leadership. We pride in making our server a friendly environment for the community. We also like to encourage many staff members to lead others in events such as DPs. Our server is a family friendly server so we don't accept the use of language or language abbreviations etc. The server website is still in development but is being worked on daily. We'd love to see some new faces on our staff team before we open Mid April 2018.

Some of the roles we offer are:

+ Administrator - Admins: This is the highest staff rank you can receive, however it is unlikely that a player will receive it from their staff application. Most Moderators are required to be a part of our server for at least 3 months before being promoted to Admin. This is to make sure that Admins know exactly how to handle situations and what to do as they are role models for the rest. Admins take care of some behind the scene things such as DPs, and they usually help with punishments that Moderators cannot do.

+ Moderators - JrMods & SrMods: This is a staff rank that is lower than an Admin but is still essential for a Minecraft server. Again, it is unlikely that a player will receive it from their staff application. Most Helpers are required to be a part of our server for at least a week. Moderators help with moderating the server and discord chat and making sure that players are happy. Most Moderators are great at problem solving and helping others!

+ Helpers: This is our lowest staff rank that we offer, however is vital before you get to the other stages. Helpers will be watched by higher staff to make sure they know what they are doing. It is likely that you will get pared up with a Moderator who will help you to get used to the server. Most Helpers are promoted to Moderator within 2-3 weeks. By being a Helper it alerts other players that you may not be as experienced and that you're new.

Is it sufficiently funded- enough for graphics, builds, staff, etc?

Hello, I know how to do graphic design so most of the graphics are done by myself. With builds, I have recently been using some free ones from the internet but have edited them myself slightly in the server. I currently only have one Admin/Staff manager but I am up for recruiting a few helpers or moderators before the server opens. Thank you for the response, yet I'm still puzzled if you're financially able. I don't under-estimate your skills, not in the slightest but I'm worried that you lack money to get it fully complete. But that's just my perspective.

To be honest, I don’t know if I’m financially able either. However, every server has to start somewhere I guess. I respect your perspective though.
