3 fairly descriptive reasons on why you are interested in being hired: First I think servers are not really watching players maybe once and a while they will be checking up but I will play everyday and I will be as active as I can. I will try my hardest to clean up the server instead of just chilling in teamspeak and talking to friends

3 fairly descriptive reasons on why you are interested in being hired:
It's been about 4 months since I've been staff on any server(s), due to me focusing on my website development rather than minecraft, so it'll be a nice experience bringing back some old memories as staff on servers. I can dedicate most of my time to the server and/or forums, monitoring chat, enforcing rules, punishing rule breakers when applicable, and helping players to the best of my ability, as well as providing any help/suggestions/assistance to staff members and/or players if needed.
Past experiences, explain what your roles were and what contributions you made to the server(s):
I have quite a bit of past experience as staff on servers. I have ran 2 servers in the past 3 years, each achieving a playerbase of around 10 - 15 players consistently. I have also been a Moderator on a few servers, monitoring chat, enforcing rules, and overall helping players who have questions/concerns about the server or players on it. I have also helped multiple server/network owners improve their server to the best of my ability by providing well-detailed feedback, thoughts, and suggestions that could potentially improve the server and attract more players.
A few things that you can bring towards the server:
I believe I can help the server in a few ways. I will never afk on the server for prolonged periods of time, meaning that when I'm on, I'm doing things. I have previous experience moderating servers, chats, enforcing rules, and helping players any way I can. I also have backend server/server management and administration experience, so if you ever have issues with plugins, configs, etc. I can most likely help fix it. I can also provide highly detailed feedback to the current state of the server at any point in time, as well as a plethora of suggestions that could potentially further improve the server overall and set it apart from the others of it's kind, attract more players to join, and make more players stay.

I have more than a little experience with configs. For a short period of time last year I spent 4+ months learning java, but that came to a halt for various reasons. I am also very active in the Skript community and know almost everything there is to know about it, should you ever need something made with it. Going back to my experience owning servers, I have plenty of administrative experience with the server itself. I know the ins and outs of multicraft, phpmyadmin, configs, FTP clients, FTP permissions, etc.
Why should we pick you:
I believe I can be a useful asset to the server for a number of reasons, ranging from simple moderation of players and enforcement of rules, to backend server work including configs, FTP permissions, server management, etc.. I am no longer attending a physical school, rather taking online classes, therefore I will be able to be active on the server almost every day, for 4+ hours a day if needed.

I am 16 years old and I have a love for anything gaming related. I love to experiment with things, finding out what makes what work and why. In my free time I love to make websites, browse MCM, and play video games.
