Just a few thing I want to point out which may be useful.

The age limit | 10+ is not really a good age limit. If you are serious about creating a Minecraft server then you need mature staff, 10 year olds will probably be the type to laugh at innapropriate jokes. I highly doubt they will have any experience or skills.
'What Staff Rank Do you Want?' | Many larger servers will always recruit you as the lowest rank as a sort-of trial, accepting someone to moderator when they don't have a resume is, in my opinion, an idea that could really spiral downhill.
So many staff | For a server that is not yet released, I doubt there is a good amount of players, meaning that there will be loads more staff then players, anybody knows, that is not good for a server.
2 Owners | To many people this isn't an issue, however I have never really understood about the '2 Owners' thing. In my eyes, the second owner does not really contribute towards the server with payment or anything, they are just there because they are on of your good friends.
