Greetings Mc-Market community! My name is Panda, and I am fairly new to the Mc-Market community. (By fairly new, I mean I don't post much on my account). I have come here for one purpose really. I am looking for a Manager position, it does not matter if it is paid or not, I really don't care.

A little about me:
- I work on U.S. time (Eastern Standard to be exact)
- I am 15 years of age
- I've been playing Minecraft for at least 6 years
-I'm a Radio Manager at this radio station called UpBeatRadio!

Now, you may ask... What can "I" bring to YOUR server that will ensure a great community, and promote staff to do well, and to keep staff morals high? I can...
- Assist in promoting/demoting staff who are not doing their jobs properly
- Hiring new potential staff members for servers/assist any forum work
- Work on ways to advertise the server (via social medias or any recruitment site)
- Teach new staff members how to do their specific role/job
-Assist in scheduling new events
- Assist in Discord Setup (If needed)
- Assist in keeping the players updated with what is going on
- Assist in BuyCraft support
- Assist in Staff Reports/concerns with staff

You're also probably wondering why you'd also hire me? Right? Let me tell you this. You should hire me because I'm:​

1. Mature - On a scale of 1-10, I say I'm about an 9-10. Everybody isn't perfect. I like to have a good laugh here and there.
2. Loyal/Dedicated - If chosen to be your manager, I promise to be dedicated and loyal to you. I promise to put in at least 3 hours of work on your server daily, and many more if needed. If needed to go away for a long period of time, for example a week I always tell the owner or any higher up staff that I will be gone for this amount of time.
3. Effort - This goes along with being loyal and dedicated. I always put 100% into my work no matter what.
4. Leader - I'd like to consider myself a leader because I enjoy taking charge. Being a leader also means that you have people who look up to you. For example, the little sister looks up to the big sister and the little brother looks up to the big brother. I want people to feel that I can make an impact on them, yet also having some power... of course without showing too much power.
5. Trustworthy - In my eyes, I am very trusting. I keep all info to myself and do not share any private info with anyone else.

Please keep in mind however that I am fairly new to this, however please don't let this be the factor that makes you not choose me! I want to help you out the best that I can!
