Not easy to work with. When given criticism, he would take it the completely wrong way.
His drawn pictures aren't bad but the rest are usually made using pre-made models/ gfx designs. He'd just add skin, touch up a background and add circles in. I'm not saying that as something disrespectful but from the product I was presented with sometime back, it was not satisfactory to say the least. If that wasn't enough, when I gave him constructive criticism and actual support to his work, he lash out saying I was saying his work was 'crap' and the like.
Definitely not somebody I'd willingly work with.

You forgot to mention he has no prior knowledge and skill at this feild. At least out effort into your designs. I did better graphics than you when I had to use Nova skin instead of c4d 2 years ago. Other than that drawings aren't complete crap.
