I'd like someone to develop a web administration panel which contains the following things:

- Account login system (https://goliath.hypixel.net/)

- The panel should contain the following things:

> Updates (an ADMIN would publish them)
> Bug reporting system (a MODERATOR could do a report with bugs and suggestions, and then an ADMIN would receive it.) (similar to Tickets system) Only available once a week (from Friday to Sunday)
> Player stats (I currently have this: https://gyazo.com/79abdbd6ee4f159182a1d33b4238527b) I'd like to integrate it or to have a new one for the panel.
> Training videos secition (an ADMIN would upload a video with questions in the end of it) The MODERATOR should watch these videos.
> Punishments history (so we could integrate a web page which includes the punishments history https://gyazo.com/fef5ebed93f0ddf505934eb4e554dbec)
> A section where all the servers would appear with its players for all the MODERATORS. (example https://gyazo.com/2edf607f8fa4c47e6477b0774fdd00d4)
