What I want: I'd like that the plugin allow to configure a random percent of ocelots that are anger against players and attack them without provocation. Maybe an alert message can appear in the chat saying: "Warning! A pathera is near you!". This angry mode should dissapear in case the player try to tame them in the normal way (raw fish in hand).

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.

Hi!

Ocelots are spawned by another plugin.

I suppose that Panthera plugin should just detect that "spawned by plugin" event and randomly asigns angry mode to them (or not).
