so I was thinking of adding some kinda of thing to my prison server were I can make paper or a book in to commands so when a player right click the paper or book it give them a donator rank or whatever I want to set the command to is that a custom plugin or a plugin that has it?
I would develop you a custom plugin which will do this.
It´s not that much work and that is why it would be very cheap.
