Paper Spigot 1.7/1.8

Does anyone have the link to a paper spigot 1.7.10 version that allows for 1.8 clients to join? I am looking for ONLY paper spigot not regular spigot.

So i'd use any 1.7.10 version and use a protocol hack to allow for 1.8 users to join?
