1. Install Maven and add it to your home path (Look at the tutorials)
2. Install Git
2. Install Java SDK 8
3. Create a folder called spigot (or whatever you want)
4. Open that folder, right click in the folder and click open Git bash.
5. Do the following commands in the console that opens.
Code:
git clone https://github.com/PaperMC/Paper-1.7.git
git submodule update --init
./applyPatches.sh
Please note that trying to get the src is EXTREMELY stressful for any version lower then 1.8. Many times there are problems compiling or applying patches for 1.7 versions and when you do get it working, many of the dependencies are outdated.

I was able to compile this version however dependencies are outdated so I'm working on that atm.

(Also it's illegal to distribute spigot, craftbukkit etc ever since that guy made the DMCA notice which is why either you have to build it yourself or download one from a build server)

jSpigot works fine

PaperSpigot 1.7 repo / iPvP's doesn't work for me since modules were removed.
I'm currently using the PaperSpigot 1.7.10 and iPvP src right now. Add me on discord?
