I need a 1.7.10-1.8.X paperspigot fork with the following features:

• Para Factions/Base compatibility
• Anticheat.rip compatibility
• Consistent kb that can be changed with /kb xyz, it must be calculated well
• Pots that are a bit faster than vanilla, not the autism like zonix has
• Improved performance
• 19 tick delay for hits (default is 20)
• 20.01 TPS
• Enchantment packet patch

I will want src to this incase I ever want to make any modifications, I won't resell or redistribute it.
