Hello i want to buy PaperSpigot/Taco+Paper special for factions server i need these options

- Removes sand and TNT on world border(Doesn't effect sandwalls or blastmining)
- AutoCannons patch
- Configurable left-shooting
- Configurable up-shooting
- /setkb command (+config to import values)
- Async hit detection
- Faster splash potions
