Requirements

• Skype (Used for staff communication, voice not required.)
• We prefer 14 years or older, however this is a preference with exceptions.
• Cannot be staff on another server (Conflict of interest) (Small servers are ok)
• Extensive knowledge of our gamemodes and what we have to offer
• Ability to properly identify and punish for hacked clients, spam, threats, ect..
• Proper grammar and spelling(You may use Grammarly)
• You must have a clear understanding of the rules and how to uphold them
• Dedication, teamwork and professionalism when the occasion calls for it
• Good judgement where guidelines currently don't exist

Terms of Staff

• You will not leak the staff chat or staff discussions.
• You will not abuse your powers or give yourself an advantage over players
• You will keep records of evidence regarding punishments.
• You will not delete messages you send within the staff chat.
• You will not lie to players or staff.
• You will not ignore players.
• You will notify an Admin if you are going to be inactive for more than 3 days.
• You will be demoted and possibly banned if you break any rules which will drastically decrease your chance of ever being staff again.
• The staff terms and agreement can be changed at anytime with or without notice by anyone of the Administration Team.

Of corse I would Like to be the highest rank I can be like Admin, but I will accept lower ranks and try and work my way up the ladder if you find me not fit to be an Admin at this current time.

Why do you want to be staff?:

I want to be able to dedicate myself to a server and be able to help the community in whatever way I can.

How can you help improve ParadiseFactions?:

My experience with hacked clients can greatly help me in detecting hackers, along with my amazing people skills allowing me to talk people down in stressful situations.

Why should we pick you over other applicants?:

I believe my past experiences and my drive to help others will help me prevail over others in countless fields.

Have you ever been banned on any other servers? Why?:

I will not lie for the sake of me looking good, I have been banned on no mores servers. This is because when I was 13 -14 years old I went through a "Hacking Phase" where all I did was hack on servers. I deeply regret this due to the fact I am banned on many of my favorite servers. I have matured and no longer use hacked clients unless they are allowed.

Are you currently staff on another server or running a server?:

I am currently helper on a server named BattleMade, but I and most likely resigning soon, so that will not be a problem.

If you were in a situation that you didn't know how to handle, what would you do?:

First I would quickly brainstorm all my option, I would then chose the most logical option and go with it. Whether that be Contacting higher staff, trying to deal with it myself, or just apologizing to the person and ask them to contact another staff member due to me not understanding the situation.

What are you applying for: I am applying for Administrator and or Moderator. If accepted and I can not be put into those spots I will take any lower position because I like to work for things I want.

Previous Minecraft Usernames: Over my many years of playing the game of Minecraft I have had many different usernames. Acerous, Agathist, Aqce, lolitsace, Cynicall, CynicalDesigns, and RampageMan219.

Why do you want to be staff?: I want to be staff because I love to help players and to communicate with people. I also like to make sure that people have the most fun on the server they are playing on. I never want to see a person upset on the server I am playing or working on.

How can you help improve ParadiseFactions?: I can help ParadiseFactions in many ways. I used to be a graphic designer so I am very creative so I think of unique ideas for the server and ideas to make the server more enjoyable for players. I can also help because of my experience.

Why should we pick you over other applicants?: Because I have not really played on a Minecraft server without being staff over my years of playing this game. I know that is hard to believe but I just love to help people and make sure everyone having a great time. I am also a very hard worker and don't like to give-up on something on I am working on and don't give up on people. So I think you should pick me because I know how to handle situations and know how to do certain things involving server side and player side.

Have you ever been banned on any other servers? Why?: I am not going to lie because I want to build my trust. Yes I have been banned on servers before and cause of hacks. That is when I was much younger and immature. I no longer hack and don't have a hacked client on my computer.

Are you currently staff on another server or running a server?: No I am not currently staff on any server.

If you were in a situation that you didn't know how to handle, what would you do?: I would contact a staff member online. If no staff member was online I would take a screenshot of the situation and send it to a online staff member over skype and ask for help.
