About Me:
Hello, My name is FearFul. I have just recently started a brand new Minecraft Server. I am a Minecraft Developer been coding for 9 years and working on servers for 7 years. I have tons of experience when it comes to servers and i would like this server to be successful.

Server Information:
Our server is currently a Skyblock Server ( In Development ) and i would love to expand this server into a network eventually. We started on July 27th 2020. We want to expand into gamemodes such as Factions, Skyblock, Prison, Towny etc.

Requirements:

14+ Years of Age
Resume for Following Positions ( Manager, Developer )
Active 10+ Hours Weekly
Have a Microphone
Able to attend Staff Meetings
Previous Experiance

What positions we need: ( These potions are currently not-paid at the moment )

Manager ( 1/2 ) - Managers will be in charge of managing the staff team and make sure that everything is running smooth and there is nothing wrong. Also you will be in charge of mostly managing the documents, announcements, giveaways etc.

Administrator ( 1/3 ) - Admins are the administrators of the server. They will be also managing the staff team making sure that there is no staff abuse etc. They will be the operators of the server.

Developer ( 0/3 ) - In charge of helping me do development on the server. Make sure that server is running at its best and if there are issues you will be there to fix them. Plugin Developers is optional if you can code plugins for us that great.

Senior Moderator ( 0/2 ) - Senior Moderator's will be in charge of Moderation of the community and are the Head Moderators. They will have access to all moderation related content.

Moderator ( 1/4 ) - Moderators will have access to limited amount of moderation content they are here to make sure everyone follows the rules make sure nobody is hacking or abusing and to make sure our community is advertisement free.

Helper ( 0/5 ) - Helpers will be there to assist the member's such as a support staff. Also they will be here to assist staff of the server if they are asked to do something.

Developers never tend to do work for free especially if you want custom plugins. It looks like you're looking for more System Administration.

Devouch - Don't work with them. Staff thinks it's funny to harass members by swearing at them and pinging them over 1,000 times. Also, the staff did absolutely nothing during this entire thing. Quite unprofessional, isn't going anywhere

Also copied another server's name which is ParadisePvP and their server name is now ParadiseMC. Regardless if they copied the name or not, responding to questioning behind the name with harrasment just doesn't look good for your "upcoming" minecraft server.
