Paradox Network is currently in need of active, hardworking Developers to help us thrive in creating our Server. At the moment, Paradox currently has one Developer with a Guest Developer. Our Management Team has very high standards on what our Team produces, however, not to worry,
we are not unfriendly!

Before reading further into this post, joining the team requires to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) due to this, if below 18 you must get a parental signature.

Requirements

• Full experience in most aspects of Developing and Java
• Access to Discord and Skype
• Must be willing to be PG in the Discord and Server
• Work within a Team
• Enjoy working with other Developers
• Willing to take advise of The Management Team
• Must be open to no charges
• Microphone
• Able to attend weekly meetings

We use NDA's to ensure our projects aren't leaked, its a requirement for our server. And yes, we aren't paying the Developers. Sorry for the inconveniences, if this was confusing.

NDAs won't prevent or 'ensure' your project from being leaked if someone wanted to. It means that you have a shot at restitution in court, but any damages due to the leak would be hard to prove.

My point is though, for minors, they aren't generally enforced if it goes to court, so it's a waste of time to even write up a DNA and get both parties to sign. - there's literally nothing you can do if there was a leak by a minor.

And yes, we aren't paying the Developers.

You'll have a very hard time finding developers on here then, as most people value their time spent doing said development (unless they're doing it to build experience or portfolio - if so, I doubt these standards of yours are very high).

So you want someone to code for your server AND NOT GET PAID Thats not how it works, I reccomend you either pay or get ready to use free plugins

We're not enforcing that you must join our server and become Developer, its simply up for grabs for the people who aren't all about the money itself. Why would a minor get into the trouble of signing a NDA whilst not getting paid? It's just not worth signing a contract and all.

The NDA isn't there for people to take them to court etc, its there to stop people from leaking stuff. If you did, you'd just be kicked of the Team and banned from the server, thats all.

Unfortunately, I think you've misunderstood what an NDA is actually for then since that's the exact reason why someone would be required to sign one.

They're a legally binding document 'preventing' (by deterrent) someone from disclosing sensitive business information. It deters people from disclosing such information because they would be taken to court by the other party (normally for large sums of money, such as $100k).

If you did, you'd just be kicked of the Team and banned from the server, thats all.

You can do that without an NDA; It's your server, you can do what you want.

You will not find experienced developers for free, especially not here, this website literally have the word "market" in its name, no one here is going to dedicate a substantial amount of his time for free, when he could otherwise get paid for it or do things that he enjoys more.

Our server does consist of experienced developers that don't charge, and we work very well. Thanks though.

The person who cos the NDA for the minor is the one that'll be charged.

Ah, yes. Let me go to my parents, sit them down and explain to them why they need to sign a completely useless NDA because I'm working my ass off for a Minecraft server for free.
