Part/Full Time Developer For Our Server

Hi, my name is Matthew and I the owner of an upcoming server called NoosaMC, we are launching our server on the 25th of November as a stand-alone factions server but are looking forward to expanding into a network in the future. To help us do that we are looking to a hire a developer or two to help us with this project. What I am looking for is someone who has experience with Java and also configuration, for the age, it is not really a problem just make sure to be mature and set a good example. Looking for someone preferably EU but could go with someone NA as well if you do want to become a developer on our server you need to make sure that you are active. So about payment, this could be paid monthly/weekly depending on what we arrange in DMs.
