Part-Time Developer! (Mainly for Factions)

Hello, I need a "part-time" developer that can make any plugin i need whenever i need as fast as possible. I wont ever really need anything huge in a sense, mainly just things that might take a few hours, if that. I will not be paying anyone more than $10 for these plugins, because I believe only one really equals $10 if that. I need someone that can make these plugins for 5-10 dollars!

Needed plugins as of now!

1. Tablist plugin that puts pex ranks in order from Owner all the way down to Member

2. "Void Chest" plugin where everything that goes into the enderchest will automatically be sold on an interval of 5 seconds, and the profits from the items sold will go to that persons faction bank (Im using Factions MCore)

3. I need a simple plugin that prevents players from obbying there spawners in pillars. So i need a plugin where it blocks obsidian from being on all 4 sides of a spawner, it can only be on 2 sides.

4. Last but not least, I need a chat color plugin that doesnt have a gui or anything but it just has permissions based on the color so lets say for pink it would be "chatcolor.pink" and you would put that in the permissions file for a rank, so everytime anyone with that rank talks it will show up pink or whatever color it is for that rank.

Like i said, these plugins are not super advanced and shouldn't take a skilled developer to make these! Thank you and you can contact me on discord!
