I can spend my time several hours during weekends developing for those who need me. I could say that my skill level is 70%; It is worth noting that I do not use databases such as MySQL in my work. I have done RESTful APIs, front controllers, analytics and visitors logging systems, PocketMine-MP plugins, small PHP applications such as URL shorteners and authentication and registration systems, field validation, code documentation based on PHPDoc standards and much more.
Although I usually work only from Friday to Sunday, I can still help you correct small issues in your program and give you the reference you need to move forward online.
I work remotely from my high-end tablet and we will not know each other physically. Willingness to work and quick writing but my native language is not English.
As always, I am forced to charge my rates too. Fortunately I am not so expensive and any budget above 10 dollars an hour is more than enough. Or otherwise, I also accept one-time payments but that will depend on the complexity of the task and my availability.
I do not currently have a portfolio but a GitHub account with some of my work (public repositories), a Twitter account not very well maintained, certainly known in mobile games such as Clash of Clans and Minecraft PE and a website that is, however, down since yesterday.
