Hello!
Hey there!
Requirements!
You must meet all of the following requirements. As our project and it's functions are omitted from the public's eye, contracts will have to be signed. If you are less than 18 years of age, your legal parent or guardian must co-sign a contract called a, "Non-disclosure agreement". What the heck is a non-disclosure agreement?
Tyler, with deep passion, "Okay Google, define a NDA."
Google, with deep lust for Tyler, "non·dis·clo·sure a·gree·ment: a contract by which one or more parties agree not to disclose confidential information that they have shared with each other as a necessary part of doing business together."
Great, if you made it past that first and major requirement, the rest should be smooth sailing!
- 18 years (or older), preferable!
- At least 6 months of experience coding Java for Minecraft.
- Have a portfolio or list of your developed plugins, with evidence it is your work you are submitting.
- Recommendations from past employers, with proof that they are legitimate recommendations.
- Be willing to create a small plugin, specified by us, that will allow you to display your strengths and weakness' as a developer. This will also include a detailed outline as to how you would go about creating this plugin.
Now, why?
This is a serious part-time job, that is professional and here to stay. We are not looking for freelance developers that are looking to create plugins on a project-to-project basis. We are searching for hardworking, dedicated developers that are ready to create some of the best work of their lives! Also, it is fantastic money.
Pay...
Uhh... duhh... Personally, I cannot comprehend why people think it is okay to ask for free plugins. The amount of time and work a serious developer puts into creating their piece of art is extensive, at the least! We understand that, and are offering accepted applicants a project-to-project payment method. Now, you are probably confused since I said it will NEVER be project-to-project payment. This is because the server needs to really vamp-up, before we are able to offer part-time and full-time wages and or salaries. This is not because we do not possess the capital or assets, but we need to understand your work style and what works best for you - personally. We must understand those key factors before offering a part-time salary.
Yes, but HOW MUCH?!
Well, depends on the project; $50, $500, $1000. It is all dependant on the plugin being developed, and the honest amount of work you believe it will take to create it!

Well, you made it through the post. You obviously have some level of interest or you are just thread lurking, which there is nothing wrong with that...
Please trust us when we say this is serious. We just love to keep the tone nice and light with some humor!
