Part-time Staff - Icon Designer(s) $150-$250 per month

My personal backlog of MCM Resources that I want to create is growing much faster than I am able to tackle it and I need some help.

I would like some help creating icons for resale on MCM. This will be a long-term engagement with a starting budget of $150-$250 each month.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate the following, in order of importance:

• Ability to Learn
• Reliability
  
• Positive Attitude

I will then select a number of applicants and send them documentation of my process and ask them to do a PAID TEST to determine if they meet the above requirements.

I was bored, so I made this. I can continue from here if I do the paid test.

Nice! One thing that helps give these kinds of basic shapes depth is to make sure they aren't straight up/down or side to side. Everything leans slightly into a perspective.

I also always draw the entire 3D box when I start, which helps to keep volume and makes it much easier to create shadows.

I need to see a finished image before I know what skill level you are at before I can offer a paid test, but if you want to continue I'm happy to guide you and see where we end up
