I've been working on a prototype for a plugin that I had an idea for in the past. The concept is a modular particle image system, designed to display small-sized images in-game that rotate, made of colored particles. The prototype is built for 1.7 - 1.8 type servers, but with little or no work the plugin could be compatible for 1.7 - 1.12 servers. Furthermore, I've already built in a per-player toggle feature to disable the images in the case of people with older computers who may experience minor framerate. A sample of it is included below (no, that's not a copyrighted image, what on earth are you talking about?

I've seen a plugin or two like this before, but most of them didn't offer the image density that this system does, and I haven't seen any that rotated like this. Currently the prototype is still very work-in-progress, but I am strongly considering polishing it up, and adding a convenient user-friendly system for creating these images, modifying their refresh rates and turn speeds, and generally turning this prototype into a ready-to-use model. I am aware of the existence of such plugins, however the premium plugin that I've seen for this is both only compatible for some earlier versions, and is also for some absurd reason priced at $9,999.00 at the moment on Spigot Premium (Google it if you don't believe me there). The second instance of this plugin that I could find was designed for billboards, and also had was insanely resource-intensive of both server-processing and internet bandwidth, to the point of unusability for anybody who didn't have a solid internet connection and a decent or even good computer. Therefore, I'm making this interest-check to see if anybody would be interested in this plugin, which is aimed at smaller images and logos.
If you think this plugin has use, please give a suggested price for it as either open-sale (unlimited copies), limited-sale (a small number of copies), or exclusive-sale (one copy), as well as any features you'd like to see in it. Provided above is a small demonstration of the plugin. I must apologize for the bad framerate, I took this on a personal test server, and my computer didn't seem to like the gif software. I can assure you the actual plugin is much smoother than this (it's not perfectly smooth, of course, but it isn't nearly this jerky in actual usage). Normally the image rotates very smoothly for me, and at a faster rate, and my computer is on the older side and isn't very powerful at all.
