Hello Everyone!

I'm looking for a multi-purpose plugin.

Features:

Armor Particles
When wearing armor with set [Name] for example '&6&lCommon Armor' it displays particles around that player but they have to have the entire set on.

Block Particles
*Yes I know there is a plugin for this that already exist but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.*
OP should be able to set a block to a particle but like a Aura Effect such as

NOTE: It should be able to have the ability to set any color.
